Cusec is a measure of flow rate and is informal shorthand for cubic foot per second (28.317 liters per second).

TMC == Thousand Million Cubic Meters

1. Qusecs means, Cubic Feet per sec. 1 Cubic feet = 28.3 lit of water.

2. TMC means, Thousand million cubic feet.

One TMC = 1000 x 10,00000 x 28.3 lit of water
