He would like her to be the envy of his friends, laugh at all his jokes, be witty and intelligent, be as well presented as a top model, yet be as homely as his Mother, be an expert in the kitchen, be a reliable accountant for the household budget, a passionate lover, a loving mother for his children and all with a smile on her face and not a hint of fatigue !

For ist meeting
Men are visual creatures when it comes to love. Studies of the male brain have shown this beyond a doubt. But if you think that you're summed up by your cup size and waist-to-hip ratio, think again. When a man views a woman for the first time, he focuses on the face and scans downwards. (Women, on the other hand, start at the shoes and scan upwards.)

Difficult question.
I suppose a woman is complimentaary to a man. A sensible man may be looking for physical beauty , good nature ,good intelligence and good compatibility and a good friend/companion as the primary requirements in a woman. Some men also look for her earnings and financial background, though I think these are not so important as her good nature and understanding and being a homemaker.
The weightage or importance of all these factors may vary from person to person.
