There are two meanings.
1) I have finished the job completely.It is closed.
2) I am fed up. May be fed up with a task or with a situation.
So the meaning differs with situations.

I m done with it ,, means .... ab bahut hua ...main aur nahi jhel sakti / sakta ......
mera rishta bas itne tak hi tha ....mera kaam ab poora hua ... it can mean anything from above lines .
