What does individual freedom imply for the Indian Citizen ?
According to the charters or our constitution...it implies the liberty of speech...the liberty of practicing ones religion...freedom to express view points and the truth in the media...the freedom to read such material without censure....these are just the basics. And though many of us are often accused today of taking them for granted...we continue to see people rising up to fight for them when they're threatened.
We have seen in recent times...social and political activists raising their voice against the inherent corruption accepted silently by us and ingrained over the years in our political system.
But to retain such freedom and use it for the welfare of our country....for the common man...we should shoulder the responsibility of behaving & thinking like mature... conscious... dedicated citizens.
Freedom of speech does not give us the license of abusing anyone and sundry...Freedom of religious practices does not mean ...more

Most of us don't understand the meaning of freedom .. most of us are in dependent style and unless we come out from dependent to independent style , how we can be interdependent to a successful freedom ?
We need to know to Celebrate freedom. Freedom is the great enabler of opportunity. When you are free to act in accordance with your most treasured values and interests, anything you can imagine is possible.

Essential to freedom is responsibility. It is by accepting and exercising full responsibility over every aspect of your life that you become truly free to live and fulfill your own unique vision.

Freedom carries with it great power. Responsibility keeps that power focused in a positive and productive direction.

Freedom, lovingly tempered with responsibility, has produced many great and wonderful things. Even more wonderful is the fact that freedom's best rewards are the best happiest state of mind
