1.

A foreign institutional investor means an institution established or
incorporated outside India that proposes to make investments in India in
securities. A domestic asset management company or domestic portfolio
manager who manages funds raised or collected or brought from outside India
for investment in India on behalf of a sub account are deemed to be a FII.

Boss docter ne nahi kaha hai ki share market mei invest karoo...fii ka meaning hi nahi pata hai toh apne jaruri nahi hai isme kaam karne ki vaise bhi aabhi share market waalo ke din kharab chal rahe hai
