When too many sites are visited, history of visited areas are stored..But that history is reloaded every time we log in, and it affects the speed of the computer.. Therefore we have to clear the cache when it becomes too big.

In my own terms, cache is a temporary place to keep a copy of information for faster retrieval on the second request for said information.

Your web browser saves bandwidth by saving many parts of the site in its local cache (normally on your hard drive), so that they are downloaded only once. This includes articles you've previously viewed, images previously displayed, style sheets, JavaScript, etc.

to disable browser caching entirely(In web page) so that the whole webpage is reloaded even if there is a cached (by the browser) copy.
so this instruction is called as clear the catch or bypass the catch
