A kitchen can turn out to be the dirtiest part of the house, if it is not well-maintained. It can have food stains, become stuffy and may not be roomy enough to store a lot of things. If you switch to modular kitchen, it will look more convenient, very neat and stylish. There is a certain amount of cost attached but it is hygienic and efficient in the long run.

You might have known the different now from the knowledge people brought here. But let me tell you this - its not necessary that every house has to have a modular kitchen. There are other options which may not be as good but may be practical either when you cant afford modular kitchen - or when you live in rented premises.

Maintenance of kitchen is an important aspect and modular kitchen design helps as a tool - but it also depends on how you maintain it. If you dont organize well even modular kitchen wont help. Remember there are also options for putting simple cupboards, almairahs, etc which can give you more orgaized space - though it may not be a full fledged modular kitchen. If its your own house first organize your kitchen and see where you would need extra cupboards or space. Also make sure you have sufficient space for appliances like stove, mixer, microwave, where applicable. There should also be some open almariahs or open racks from where you can easily keep or take uten ...more

Modular Kitchen is basically a range of fixtures/cabinets which are put together in a planned and functional manner to make kitchen tasks easier. They are usually designed to suit an individuals preference and adapts to the available space in ones home.
