Was the assassination of Indira gandhi a combined effort and conspiracy of all opposing political parties of India, who helped, provoked and encouraged the so-called terrorists to murder her seeing that they were unable for decades to capture power at the centre due to her presence?

Not at all , If you loo at the events of those time it was highly unlikely.
Opposition however bad was simply not so bad and neither capable of doing so.

Indira Gandhi in order to weaken Akalis abetted Janrail Singh Bhindarawale ,Bhindirawale first attacked Nirankaris and managed to declare them non-sikhs but soon he finished other sikh leaders one by one. Much like LTTE which finished alternative Tamil leadership in Sri lanka.
Over a period of time he got arms and active support from Pakistan and Golden Temple was a fortress and heavy arms such as Anti tank missials , Rocket launchers , MMG were stored there. There was simply no way government could have overlooked , Moderate Sikh leaders were murdered by terrorists and Government had to act resulting in Operation Blue Star . Even after Bluestar the events should have been played down to keep the damages minimal but PR managers of Indira Gandhi drummed the Operation day and night on TV.
