You have not stated the reason. You have to fill PF withdrawl form 19 and 10C to have to money credit to your bank account. The form is to be submitted either by you or through the company after filling and attesting by the company wih stamp and singature. Generally it takes one and half months to get PF & FPF amount after submission from PF office to which your company is attacted.
