I am 63 years old. How long shall I do exersise per day? Half an hour or 1 hour? I expects a medical expert can suggest answer for this question please.

Walk for five kilo meters and do exercise for 45 minutes. No jogging after 40 years.
Yoga is good. Mornings are advisable.

Mr. Sampath Kumar, considering your age, it is always better to go to a physician, so that he can check physcially.....there are many parameters they need to check, which includes, your body weight, how strong your muscles and joints are, what kind of exercises you should do and what you shouldnt, they need to check your heart beat, pulse rate, BP etc.....
so its alwayz better to go and meet the dr in person :)
