West Indian really have a great breakfast.
Yes Dark Angel...the fresh cocoa tea...just grated
Saltfish(codfish) buljol (codfish, tomatoes, onions, avocado)
Fry bakes or sometimes hot roast bakes with butter that is dripping off your fingers
Souse - pigs feet
Black pudding - which Trini can forget Charlie's black pudding.
Fried shark and bake
The ultimate is when you have a fresh king fish broth with veggies in the morning. Yes for breakfast!
So much delicious stuff!
