People with a homosexual orientation are, of course, subject to all of the multiple risk factors for addiction discussed above. They also have some psychosocial predisposing factors common to all hated minorities, and some unique to the homosexual population. There are many different types of alcoholics; there are many different types of homosexuals, and there are even more types of alcoholic homosexuals. Common to all hated minorities is the damage done to self-image by the internalization of that hatred. Homosexuals are subject to unique stressors, as well. Starting in youth, sometimes as early as school age, sometimes before the homosexual himself is aware of any sexual orientation, he learns some of the dangers of being homosexual.

Primary cause is a latent homophobia , Would you like a girl /boy whome you would normally trust trying to feel you up sexually ?\
Secondly social order is based on institute of marriage which is defined
as relation ship between male and female and necessary for sustanance of society.
Homosexuality is a devation from norm and thus hated in conservative society.

people , in thousands of years, have come thru various lifestyles and have laid common and (somewhat) regulated rules for living. and of course if you analyse them, u'll understand the great errors that our ancesstors would have done to find the best. Homos are against the natural rules, hence they are looked with a disgust.
