Chillies have lots of vitamin A, B & C, as well as potassium, magnesium & iron. Its active ingredient capsaicin is also used as a pain reliever.

it is only the part of our food habit. so many people are not using chilli,i know. thay have no propblems not use chilly. it is ony the part our taste habit. but pepper is used as a part of medicine in ayurveda.
green chilly have the benefit of vegetable. easy to cook. but when it is dried up the water content reduce and the hot property increase it is better to avoid dry chilly. and if unavoidable u can use green chilly
