Indian Airlines and Air India are competing with each other for this award. Unprofessional, incompetent and lazy people. Never travel by these. They charge less than others and deliver nothing.

Off course it is Air India coz I am a frequent traveller on this airlines and its service are very very bad. The cabin crew members are all aged people and they get irrated when u ask them anything. Even the Aircraft is also an old one. I had noticed that all paper tapes been stuck near the windows. They don't take off in time. It is better that they close down this airlines rather than utilizing it coz u wont know when this aircraft will crash. Due to non-availability of direct flights from gulf i m forced to use this airlines.

Our national carriers. The officers / staff are so un-polite and they should be tamed to maintain good behaviour with passengers, or they may be deputed to other private carriers for some time to learn and get trained as to how one should maintain properly customer relationship. (but i am not sure the 'vampanthi' would allow to do so). Even when called at the call centres of I.A or A.I, they would not answer properly.
