I am investing 2000rs every month in this fund for last 2yrs-but all this fund to 30 40%down---will i get good retune in 5yrs time---reliance power fund--kotak 30 and oppunity-jm contra fund icici dynimic growth fund-----frankline prima plus and flexy cal growth fund how r this fund sir----thk u plz tel me sir-- i am investing 14000rs evrey month---good or no sir

Reliance Power Fund+ Kotak 30+ Jm Contra + ICICI Dynamic+ Franklin Prima ...all growth fund madam. 14000X 24=3.36 lakh present value < 2 lakh . You wait for 8 years to make 20 % Profit. Else sell a portion of it and but some Debt+Diversified fund. Go ahead.

I DO NOT KNOW WHO TOLD YOU TO TAKE SUCH AN INVESTMENT PLAN. FIRST GO AND KICK THAT FELLOW.
It seems that u have taken an aggressive step in investing. when u take such a stem u must also know when to exit.
when you are allocating funds u must only have 30% of 2000 in mutual funds, and the rest in debt instruments, and commodities.
So must always diversify your portfolio.

Its good but since u must be aware of current market situation so anything above 5000 in investment, u r asking for trouble...so my advice is to stop investing so much for another 5-6 months or wait till the market settled down
