If govt, comes out with a rule that all culprict govt employees to be shoot at sight, if it is proved that they took bribe...
Will it work in INDIA. I heard there are tough laws like this in saudi and there law is good.

It is too romantic. All political leaders all over the world had said similar things prior to coming to power. No country could take such drastic step. Before independence, Nehru said that he would like to see every black marketeer to hang from the nearest light posts. It is not possible even under dictatorship. I have read Mr Sonthalia\'s answer and he has struck the nail exactly on the head.
