Ruling out any possibility of an India-like civil nuclear accord with Pakistan, United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said there are issues which are yet to be resolved, and unless the international community and the International Atomic Energy Association are satisfied on the matter, no progress can be made.

These are very lame escuses for satifacton of Indian diplomats one thing is very clear US and China are supporting to Pak with there own interests and when they will decide,not going to listen any argument of indian diplomats
