TOI should now highlight the reasons - why Daud and his other terrorist organizations are beyond the reach of Mumbai police and Govt. when the whole world including bollywood celebrities and media could easily get information about him. Now Daud and ISI are wooing naxals and maoist who have wage a war against their own people. At least the BJP Government was talking about the role of Pakistan in strong language, though it did precious little by way of action. The present Government neither talks nor acts. It follows a policy of see no evil, hear no evil. The United States showed a 'lack of enthusiasm' in getting underworld don Dawood Ibrahim deported to India from Pakistan. And what to talk about our leaders - they are least bothered about the nation.
