Q.

The Indo-Tibetan border police which is guarding 26/11 convict Ajmal Kasab for about 18 months has slapped a bill for Rs.10-87 crores on the Maharashtra Govt. for guarding him at the Arthur Road Jail. This expense is Rs.2,01,390/- per day.Is this not a clear evidence of Vote Bank politics by the ruling Government ignoring the fact that the congress Govt. has no legal right to waste the hard earned public tax money for its own selfish purposes.
