You seem to be on political smear campaign against Sonia & Rahul Gandhi, and MMS.
Otherwise such personal attacks are quite questionable on authenticity.

This is your personal surmise, guess, deduction and calculation. You are far away from facts. Perhaps due to ignorance of realities.
Today's front page headlines ToI Delhi / Chandigarh: -
Govt rejected Sonia-led National Advisory Council's recommendation of Govt to buy 100% of land to be acquired (for development projects) and compensation to be paid six times of that of the registered land deed.
This was a blow to Sonia's populist programme.
Govt stuck to its stand that Private companies must buy 70% and Govt only 30% of the land to be acquired for any developmental project.
Govt's decision ( 'Puppet' PM's decision), prevailed over Sonia's advice as the chief of NAC.

He is already elected. He is elected as the member of the Parliament. What did you exactly want to say?

Your question has wrong choice of words or a wrong content.
Rahul Gandhi does not require special efforts to become electable.
