It may be rubbish but it had such an effect on you that you remembered it and were prompted to ask a question about it - now that is the power of advertising and a successful advert !!!

Comrade Vivek......

If the swimsuit model comes, u r likely to stare at a few minutes....I know I sure am.....and whilst staring, the name "JK CEMENT" is also inevitably read :) Mission accomplished.

Advertising is about getting an audience captivated about a product. The ad's job is to captivate, not to inform. If u wanna know about cement, please buy a copy of a "STRENGTH OF MATERIALS" book ....or view an informational whenever JK Cement goes on a trade show :) :)

U r confusing advertisement w/an informational sir.

An informational is an entertaining presentation which gives audience understanding of a company product in an easy to understand way. Informationals are often aired in trade bajaars and in expo's or in a client meeting. Not on u r TV set....those r advertisements.

It is definitely rubbish and illogical. It is exploitation of human element (attraction towards...) and less of the advertisement. But you see,the purpose is getting servred as we are also talking in this forum.
