The Indian court system is slow, laborious, and prone to corruption; trials can take years to complete. If every Indian court justice takes up two pending cases each day, In two years no pending cases shall exist. Practically we can deal with the situation i.e. weed out CORRUPTION in justice system to get fair trail and speedy justice. Existing system is enough for disposal of pending cases.
