Do Yoga & Bipashna on a regular basis which will help you stay agile & fit. Eat a balance diet, go for a walk in the morning or evening. Sleep early & get up early in the morning, avoid fried & spicy foods!!

Jamke khao aur dhoom kusti / kasrat karo..............humesha kush raho, tension ko dur bhagao, muskurate raho ayeena dekh ke, array wakai tum to tanrust ho yaar.
