Spirituality leads you to God...makes you love humanity and all of HIS creations..
Religion just makes you feel afraid of God...and takes away this spiritual love from our soul !

Religion is often about whos in and whos out, creating a worldview steeped in us against them. Spirituality rejects this dualism and speaks of us and them. Religion is often about loyalty to institutions, clergy, and rules. Spirituality is about loyalty to justice and compassion. Religion talks about God. Spirituality helps to make us godly. The two need not be at odds. Religion at its best is spirituality in community.

With religion there is pride attached,
with religion there are legacies attached
with religion there is smell of blood,
with religion there is greed,
religion is the roof under which spiritual leaders build their empires.
Under religion there are temples, churches, mosques and what not but no one seems to understand god.

In spirituality there is love, compassion and bonding with god.

I am not that expert but to me they are same .........When I do good , I feel good .When I do bad , I feel bad . That's my only religious and / or spiritual belief ........This visionary quote from William Arthur Ward is my only anthem for religion and spirituality now ..........." I have a purpose growing; I have a goal glowing. I have a hobby giving; I have a song living. I have a mission reaching; I have a love teaching. I have a calling caring; I have a joy sharing. " and to add ...I have a deity ........humanity

In general though, religion refers to a more organized practice, with some sort of human institution, whereas spirituality refers to a more personal experience, which may or may not fit within an organized religion. People usually do not refer to "religion" or a person being "religious" in isolation...even if a person is privately "religious", this term references some sort of larger organization with its own set of beliefs and practices.

Both religion, and spirituality, can involve belief in a deity, spiritual or mystical experiences, rituals, as well as value systems and beliefs about morality and ethics, and an understanding of how the world works. These things alone are not necessarily religious or spiritual; they can be both.

We always hear people speaking
My Religion, your religion !
But spirituality, it is OUR spirituality.
We breathe only as long as we are alive. In fact, breath, or 'spiritus' in Latin, is the origin of the word spirituality.
But religion is lie a Protocol, an entity..
