Now that the SC has made narco, lie detector, brain mapping tests illegal will all the top master minded criminals, scamsters will have a free life to live, should this kind of ruling which is passed at the time of giving judgement to Ajmal Kasab is right?

I agree w/ Mr Gaurav here. To be frank, narco tests are not that unreliable. It just involves drugging someone to get a confession. If I give u some ecstasy tablets for example, u will be in a peak state of euphoria, where u will feel 2 good 2 lie, so u will more or less tell me everything.
But when questions are asked in a doctored way, many times, false confessions end up being confirmed. To elaborate, I encourage u to look a Japan as to how much false jailings that have happened because of basing reliance on these tests.
TO elaborate, let's say for example I want to frame u for killing a Muslim in Kashmir, this is how u do it under narco test....when ur drugged up....based on u r view as a nationalist (I am assuming 4 examples sake)
Mr Subramani, do you hate Kashmiri separatists?
You'd probably say "YES"
Do you feel they deserve humane treatment from our country?
FOr sure you'd say "They should be punished to the fullest"
