Political party and party system is a comprising element of democracy system of a nation.....without the presence of political Parties no democracy in an administrative set-up can be expected...but the fact is that there should be absolute democratic system of executive body and general body inside a political party instead of a PARTY SUPREMO who happens to be the sole authority to take every decision like Congress, AIDMK, DMK, BSP RJD & SP etc...
