There is no proper word however, Q, QNA etc. are as good as words.

There are so many Persian and Urdu words starting with Q and the next letter is not U...which have become a part of our dialect and now included in the English Dictionary... like Qaeda and Qatar
Besides this we have Qantas...the Australian Airline and an acronym for Queensland Aerial services.
