Tip is non-material, but bribe is material
Tip is for betterment and bribe is for spoiling
Tip could be given suo-moto or on request but bribe is offered or forced
Tip is for the learner but bribe is for the established

Tips is giving money for service in hotels.restaurants at the end
bribe is giving money to get some benefits,mostly given at beginnings!
