Hardware - That comprises the component of a computer, like mother board, Hard disk, CPU, etc.
Software - Thatz the programme installed to run a computer....like Window XP, Window 7, Linux, etc.

Hardware are physical components that run or work with the computer. The mouse and keyboard are hardware. Software are the internal applications installed on your computer. Microsoft and Firefox are software.
