Food are the only thing that can be differntiate, Definately the ingredents and spices and Oil may be differentiate but the grains are always the same harvested from the same field, Since the ppl working as waiter are served the same food as to their customers as they can describe the contents and taste to their customers.

I think purple cabbage is the green cabbage spoiled. I can tell you better about non-veg rather than veg.
