Finance involves managing funds whereas accounts reflect the total performance of a company. Finance is a part of accounts and accounts is not a part of finance. Accounts will reflect the Balance Sheet and the full details under it, which covers Profit and Loss, Trading Account, Income and Expenditure etc. Whereas, finance involves funds flow, cash flow, inventory, investments etc.
