E-ticket - The user can take a printout of the Electronic Registration Slip (ERS)
I-Tickets -delivered to the customer at his desired address through courier.

The former can be booked at home through net n a print out can be made.I- Ticket is bought by some body on behalf of the travelar n delivered at the customer's address.
