An organization is a social entity that has a collective goal and is linked to an external environment. There are a variety of legal types of organizations, including corporations, governments, non-governmental organizations, international organizations, armed forces, charities, not-for-profit corporations, partnerships, cooperatives, and universities. A hybrid organization is a body that operates in both the public sector and the private sector simultaneously, fulfilling public duties and developing commercial market activities.

A corporation is a legal term. You need to be approved by a state and generally issue shares and all that stuff. A company is a generic term that can be used for any type of business. Pretty much the same for organization, but that is typically used more often for non-profit agencies. If an organization is incorporated under the Companies Act (registered) it becomes a Company. Corporation denotes an incorporated organization. It need not necessarily be registered under the Companies act. It could be an incorporated body by an Act of Parliament or by a seperate Legislation. Organization is a group of people comming together in a legally organised manner for achieving a common goal with a business and if such organization is registered under various statutes, it becomes a Society or Partnership or a Company.
Therefore all companies and corporate bodies are Organizations. All Corporations need not be companies. All companies are not Corporations even though they are incorporated bodies.
