Cash book is carries ur whole dealing enteries ........&
cash a/c is carries only cash dealing enteries.

Cash account is just an account which you maintain in your ledger like other accounts whereas cash book is subsidiary ledger like sales book or purchase book where you record only cash related entry of whole year.
