Brand means Trademark, Logo or Trade name under which a product or service is sold in market.

Company means a firm/business organisation/company which manfuctures / trades or provides service to customers.

For eg. Nokia India Pvt. Ltd. is the name of the company and its Brand name is NOKIA under which it sells its Products.

Brand is a Tredemark of the concerned company or the thing which describes the company and its product.

Brand is the part of the company it's create s a believe in the consumer for the product.The company launch a product for running business and create a brand for that product. In company there are a lot of brand name like in Pepsi ,Pepsi is a brand ,7 UP is a brand ,lays chips is a brand ,kurkure is a brand.
