Huge difference sir........

Arrogance- offensive display of superiority or self-importance; overbearing pride.

Ignorance- the state or fact of being ignorant; lack of knowledge, learning, information.

Though Ignorance can cause arrogance and vice versa.

Arrogance is out of ego and show off - anger uncontrolled
