1.
Work and stay at one place. It is not the age for job hopping. Also the kids are no longer kids so it is also time to help them choose a profession that suits their mentality and encourage them to lead independent lives.

Here we r either employed or recently retired people . Jobs n marriages of our kids n hope for a sound retired life is what we can aim for . Part time jobs , social voluntary services , creative arts or some social NGO engagements may also be considered if needed .

Middle-aged adults often show visible signs of aging such as loss of skin elasticity and graying of the hair. Physical fitness usually wanes, with a 510 kg (10-20 lb) accumulation of body fat, reduction in aerobic performance and a decrease in maximal heart rate.
