Taluka: Taluka is consisting of few Grampanchyats ....... Taluka Head or the BDO(Block development officer) is the head for the development of grampanchayats ...........

District: Districts is the combination of many Talukas .......... Collector is the head of District .......

Dear Dist is very close any city, tal is sourrounding 2 kms rural areas called tal.
