Sarcastic is when you speak or act exactly opposite of how you feel in a way where people usually know your not serious or are joking or if you want the literal example its:
1. harsh or bitter derision or irony.
2. a sharply ironical taunt; sneering or cutting remark: a review full of sarcasms.
In psychiatry, a thought disorder (TD) or formal thought disorder (FTD) occurs when an individual has serious problems with thinking, feelings, and behavior.

Sarcasm in simple words refers to fun criticism .... itz involved to literature....itz an art of funny presentation of a given topic in a comic manner with a punch of criticism.....
whereas "psychiatric" on the other hand is a mental disorder of human brain wherein a human being affected by such syndrum behaves abnormally.....
