Normally a company is referred to an administrative office or registered office from where decisions are being taken. factory is the manufacturing unit for the company located in or out of the company premises.

Factory:-A plant consisting of one or more buildings with facilities for manufacturing..
Coca-cola Have authorities their own Factory..
