Avoid walking bare footed. Wear socks and shoes instead of sandals (Chappals). Expose minimum to air. Wash feet in the evening and apply Vaseline (jelly or liquid).

Well if you have this problem and it is cold weather - 1. Try to avoid dryness ; walking on bare ground too much in the cold 2. try to use vasiline or thicker oil based cream every night 15 mins before sleep after washing your feet weel in warm and cold water 3 times each 3. once a week keep feet in warm 2% salt solution for at least 30 mins at least. 4. Massage your feet every day for 10 mins 5. Try to walk on wet morning grass without shoes for 10 mins. if available.
Try Crack cream daily too. You should have results in 5 days.
