Even though Dr Kalam's field is missile technology he knows everything about atomic energy and in fact he is an advocate of thorium as fuel for producing electrical energy. As such his tour is a welcome step. Also Koodangulam project will start off after the 20th of this month once the civic poll process will be over in Tamilnadu and Ms Jeyalalitha will sing a different song then.
