If there is wrong /double billing by credit card company and the same is not paid by the user or the user refeuses to pay which is reflected as default by the user.
How can Credit Information Bureau (India) Ltd Justify the credit rating of the person ?Without knowing the reasons for defaults and most importanly what right does the bureau has to justify the user as a defaulter?What right does the Bureau has to trespass in to People 's private financial affairs?

Sai Ram. The Credit Information Bureau (India) Ltd. is not meant to be a CBI agency of financial affairs. They have been formed to help the participating banks to share the credit history of people like us. If you have specific problems with a bank, you should take the problem with the bank and the Ombudsman. When you have no direct connection with credit bureau, you cannot expect any service from them. If you are still not satisfied, you may approach a court of law.

Hi dear.
look. all the system which is running or generated for the specific purpose is not only made taking consideration of one side. borrowers and lenders both are benefitted by ths. now the chances of mismatching is very few because of the regular check up and up to dation.
now beside this if the action is taken place than there is preserved the historical information related with the default lender. analysing and by judging that historical record any one can treat the problem. if there is mismatch between the report and actualls than lender can deposit the specific claims related with that and even can make some legal actions too. now question is that from where the lender comes to know about. this is again simple because RTI(right to information) made many thing already very easy, i hope ypu been clear with your doubt. now you asking about that from where the credit rating company will get the personal information.
