Jal Lakshan is the residence reserved for the visit of the President of India
Jal Bhushan is the residence reserved for the visit of the Prime Minister of India

Almost in all Rajbhavan in different states Governor stays in one building. In other buildings guest , dignitaries , governos' office staff, security personnel, library, briefing room etc are situated.
