Buy before Rights issue record date to be decided on Sept 27. LIke Corus IHCL is embarking on a solid acquisition strategy.

Indian Hotels is a good buy if you want to hold it for a couple of years. For the short term you may invest looking at the euphoria that is building up because of the upcoming rights issue.. but it may be risky. Try to get it below 140.
