How many of you have seen the much publicised movie of the decade Avtaar- English Version and how many could really felt that it is a good movie worth watching ??

Yes I saw it 2 times in theatre last year , and third time on TV.
Avatar reflects the socio-political issues in current world , And incidentally Bonda tribals on Niyamagiri Hills in Orrisa where Vedanta wants to do mining have striking resembelence to this movie.
It is 100% worth watching .

James Cameroon selected the blue color of Navi and Toruk ( giant red one) from Hindu iconography of Vishnu flying on Garuda. Earlier also he had used lots of concepts of philosophy of Geeta in Star Wars series ( Yoda Quotes)

I saw the hindi version on tv and had to leave half way through did not like it , sorry to say

God in Geeta says only 10% of species is deducted,
I appreciated the imagination-- who knows they found water on Mars, may be
the picture will come true..
