Different types of lettuce have different concentration of nutrients.

Romaine Lettuce (1 cup) = 8 calories; 1456 IU of Vitamin A; 13 mg of Vitamin C; 20 mg of Calcium and 65 mg of Potassium.

Arugula (1 cup) = 5 calories; 480 IU of Vitamin A; 3 mg of Vitamin C; 32 mg of Calcium and 74 mg of Potassium.

Iceberg Lettuce (1 cup) = 7 calories; 182 IU of Vitamin A; 2 mg of Vitamin C; 10 mg of Calcium and 87 mg of Potassium.
