The one that comes naturally and practiced by most, regardless of whatever answers they give, is by shouting and then cool down in a few minutes. Yes it may appear bad, but then it is better then suppressing it inside it, so much so I have seen cases whose BP has shot to the brain and suffered from paralysis due to brain hemmorage.
