I desperately need ur help to loose weight.I am a physically challenged person diagnosed as Cerebral Palasy affecting lower limbs. It means that I walk on crutches& cannot do much work out in the Gym. I do some basic stretching exercises to keep my leg movement up and going . I also do yoga ( practioner of the Art of Living). Apart from this i use this machine called Morning Walker for 15 minutes. All this i do in the early hours of the day.I am now on one hour physiotherapy everyday. The Physio is asking me to take more protein. Please advise a diet for a sedentary lifestyle.
