I bought my new car for 4 lakhs some nine years back ,used it sparingly , now going for new one costs 6lakhs , am I to spend RS. 50,00 to refurbish it completely ?

How many kilometers have you done sir ! thats the biggest question. spares are available now. what make which brand ? if it is still available in teh market , then refurbish.
but if it is qualis or maruti 800 etc. the prdn. has stopped. after few years you will not get spare parts.
sell your old car , which may fetch u half price of 4 lakhs and get a brand new one. and use it to well
